Wendy Silinyana is a distinguished entrepreneur, recognized for her numerous accolades. With more than 12 years of practical experience in brand strategy, entrepreneurship, business event management, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships, she excels in these domains.

Presently serving as the Director and Franchisee of Africa’s inaugural MiniBoss Business School, Wendy oversees the MiniBoss Johannesburg Business School in Sandton, an International Weekend Business School catering to children aged 6-17 years. She is the Women Entrepreneurship Day Organization Ambassador (WEDO), a UN Women organization that empowers, supports, celebrates women worldwide.

Central to Wendy’s philosophy is self-empowerment as a foundation for empowering others, emphasizing a harmonious blend of continuous learning and empowerment. She is a winner of the esteemed 40 under Forty SA 2023 Social Enterprise Award and was among the top three alumnae of the 2021 BMF Women in Power Programme, a collaboration between Duke CE, the corporate education arm of Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
